Marked Events, the company behind the BPM | PRO event, is now looking to expand its team with two new roles, as the show celebrates ten years and moves into an exciting new space inside the NEC’s Genting Arena.

In light of recent announcements that BPM | PRO will take place inside the Genting Arena and provide mobile DJs and other visitors with two distinct areas – DJ & Studio and Sound & Lighting – organiser Marked Events is looking to expand its in-office team by hiring one Sales Account Manager and one part-time Financial Controller.

The role of full-time Sales Account Manager would be ideal for any mobile DJs who have a history working in sales and a passion for the entertainment technology industry. Ideally, the company is also looking for someone who shares the team’s passion for creating unique events while also being prepared to put the work in. Roles will include compiling sales proposals for existing and potential exhibitors and sponsors, sourcing show-strengthening new business, and keeping up with industry developments.

Marked Events is also seeking a part-time Financial Controller with a keen, detailed eye for numbers. Roles will include the production of monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts, preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, VAT returns, bank reconciliations and payroll.

Both roles will ideally be based at the Marked Events office in Preston, Lancashire. The closing date for applications is Friday the 25th of March.
