Music has always been important to me, and, like so many other kids now in their forties, I'm a product of my generation. I grew up with Top of the Pops, re-runs of The Old Grey Whistle Test and, on radio, Desert Island Discs, the Proms and Everyman. Despite its mass appeal, country music still has a problem with race – can a mega-star like Beyoncé really bring about change?

As small business owners, it’s very easy to neglect your wellbeing and keep pushing yourself to keep going. But going hard on yourself is never productive.
Yes, there is a lot riding on the success of your business, but sometimes this is such a driver that you forget to take care of the most important thing – you.
