Scottish mobile DJ Stuart Maclennan, the entrepreneur behind the Subsafe Audio range of speaker protectors, hopes to pitch the company’s concept to Richard Branson with the aim of securing funding and business mentoring. Stuart has entered the Virgin Media Business #VOOM 2016 competition and needs help from fellow DJs to get through the first round.

The UK-based company Subsafe Audio has announced that its range of customised pyramidal/shaped protective covers for subwoofers are now available to order, giving mobile DJs that want to protect their audio equipment a chance to get in early.
