Full-time mobile DJ/MC and author of Wedding Marketing for DJs, Derek Pengelly has announced the dates for his latest series of workshops, which he hopes will give attendees a new perspective on their business and plenty of proven ideas, strategies and innovations for improvement.

The workshops, which will take place in Milton Keynes during March 2016, are designed to help DJs understand the marketplace and give them an awareness of what potential clients are looking for, so they can find clients, book more brides and deliver a higher quality of entertainment.

Derek launched his first training session back in 2010 and has since grown into one of the most popular DJ trainers in the UK, with 2016 marking the fifth anniversary of his series of seminars and workshops designed for mobile DJs. To date, he has produced over 60 training events and seen around 200 DJs attend one of his six different workshops.

“This time we are turning the clock back and revisiting the original workshops,” said Derek. “Each has been updated and improved to reflect current market conditions and changes in technology.”

These reworked workshops will take place on the following dates:

Saturday 5th of March – Wedding Marketing for DJs
Sunday 6th of March – Specialist Wedding DJ A-Z
Monday 7th of March – Serious About Introductions

Sessions are limited to 12 places for the Saturday and Sunday and just 10 for Monday’s ‘live microphone’ coaching. Places cost £150 per day but early-bird discounts are available, allowing attendees to save up to £50 (with bigger discounts the earlier the reservation is made).
