HARMAN Professional Announces Martin RUSH Strobe CWL
HARMAN Professional has announced the release of the new RUSH™ Strobe CWL from Martin, giving mobile DJs a powerful wash/strobe solution that’s well-suited for use in bars, function rooms and small venues thanks to its compact design and intense effects.
The RUSH Strobe CWL (Cold White Linear) is a bright and compact LED linear strobe lighting fixture that produces a traditional Xenon strobe look with a 17,00 lumen output. The strobe fixtures also utilises ninety-nine 3W CREE XP-D LEDs, a reflector design and an 87⁰ beam angle, allowing mobile DJs to create a range of special effects with which to entertain their clients and guests, such as ramp up/down, up-down, lightning, blinder, random flash and single flash.
Users will find that the RUSH Strobe CWL offers them a number of control options, including 1- and 4-channel DMX modes, a master/slave function and a sound trigger mode, enabling mobile DJs to go in-depth with their programing or use the simpler built-in sound-to-light settings. Martin also offers a stand-alone mode via the on-board control panel with LCD display.
“I am pleased to announce the launch of the RUSH™ Strobe CWL – an ideal strobe companion alongside the existing RUSH range for the high-energy night venue market,” said Mark Buss, Product Manager for Martin RUSH. “When used with the optional four-way bracket, it offers an intense strobe effect – great for larger venues and events. Its compact and lightweight design allows for easy installation in height-restricted venues.”
As well offering DJs a range of effects, they will also find the RUSH Strobe CWL compact, lightweight (4kg) and easy to transport as part of their mobile setup, while its durable black steel/aluminium housing ensures protection during transit. This compactness makes the RUSH Strobe CWL well-suited to use in venues with limited space, such as bars, pubs, small clubs, music venues and function rooms.
Furthermore, with a minimum LED lifetime of 50,000 hours, mobile DJs can take the fixture from gig to gig and use its effects as much as they need, while the included mounting bracket means users can hang it up high, for washing the dance-floor, or set it on the ground.
The RUSH Strobe CWL from Martin will be available soon. For more information visit the Martin website.
