Denon Summer Software Offer
Denon DJ Europe is giving away copies of MixVibes® Cross LE software with its DN-SC2000 hardware controller this summer. The offer allows DN-SC2000 purchasers to download and activate the MixVibes software with a unique serial number included in the box.
A powerful, portable hardware USB MIDI controller for laptop DJs, the DN-SC2000 is mapped for Native Instruments® TRAKTOR™ Pro. However its entry level price point and pro level features also make it hugely attractive to those just starting out. The free copy of Cross LE gives these customers an easy to install and performance focused DJ program for Mac or PC that is a ‘plug and play’ match for the DN-SC2000. MixVibes Cross LE features include two full DJ decks with effects loops and locators, iTunes® integration, and smart media management.
The DN-SC2000 features a dual layer control system providing simultaneous switchable control of two software decks; with visual deck colour change indicating which deck is in use. Connecting to Mac® or Windows PC via a single USB2.0 interface (from which the unit is also powered), advanced features include MIDI mapable capability, auto loop function, a wide range of EFX, pitch lock, automatic beat sync, durable rubber button controls and more.
The solid steel constructed unit incorporates Denon’s new high resolution 105-mm touch sensitive jog wheel along with a smooth 100-mm long 14-bit resolution pitch slider. The control surface also features a Pitch Lock function, file browse navigation buttons and ring illuminated rotary encoders including a file selector knob. Other controls include large size Cue & PLAY buttons, an Auto Loop button with Beat Jump and Manual Loop In/Out buttons, a SYNC button for beat matching between decks, and a powerful Shift key, assignable to various dual button operations.
