Lighting manufacturer Chauvet have announced another addition to their growing range of LED effects suitable for Mobile DJs. The ‘6SPOT’ has six low-profile spot lights, pre-mounted to a T-bar that is just 902 millimeters long, allowing the fixture to fit almost anywhere. Following on from the successful first workshops in November, Derek Pengelly has announced more dates and locations for early 2011. Due to other commitments in 2011 it is unlikely that any other workshops will be added. Derek also suggests that it is beneficial to travel to a workshop outside of your locality in order to gain an insight into how the DJ marketplace operates in other parts of the country.

The NADJ Chairman, Mark Porley, has stepped down from his role in order to devote more time to his family.
