Destiny’s Child Release New Album
Girl group Destiny’s Child will be releasing their first album in 8 years on the 28th of January. The compilation named ‘Love Songs’ is an unexpected album from the trio and features a collection of the girls’ most romantic hits as well as new track ‘Nuclear’ which is co-written by Pharrell Williams.
The trio, made up of Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, last released ‘Destiny Fulfilled’ back in 2004 which reached number 5 in the UK. The release of their forthcoming album was announced by Beyoncé on her Facebook page with accompanying artwork, "I am so proud to announce the first original Destiny's Child music in eight years.”
Beyoncé, who is perhaps the most notorious of the three, is currently preparing for her fifth solo studio album as well as a performance during the US Super Bowl in the coverted half time slot on the 4th of February. It has been widely speculated that her fellow band members could be joining her.
