FBT’s VERTUS Premieres With Denon At BPM
After exhibiting at BPM 2012 in Birmingham, FBT reports that the show was a fantastic success. Not only was the FBT booth constantly busy, but FBT’s all new Vertus line-array columns and subs were used to great effect on the Denon DJ stand. Using the new white finish Vertus products, the Denon DJ stand was heralded as being one of the best sounding at the show.
Commenting on the FBT Vertus speakers, Denon DJ’s Product Marketing Manager Dave Morbey said, “This is the first time we have used FBT products on any of our exhibition stands and I have to say that we were delighted with the result. Not only does the product look stunning, but the sound was out of this world and really helped us get our message across to the public.” Morbey continued, “We will certainly look to partner with FBT again for future exhibitions.”
The new Vertus line array product range consists of the CLA604a active 400w + 100w bi-amplified two-way column line-array speaker and CLA208Sa active subwoofer 600w. Featuring Class D amplification and DSP (Digital Signal Processing), the column line array delivers a sound that is far more evenly spread than traditional speaker systems. Fully versatile and adaptable for any location and/or application, the simplicity of the system allows products to be ‘stacked’ together to create larger sound fields depending on the venue size. Ideal for either portable or static installations, the Vertus range is available in two colour options, black or white.
