Destiny’s Child will be launching a greatest hits collection next month to commemorate their 15th anniversary of their first number one hit ‘No, No, No Part 2.’ The trio haven’t released an album as a group since their 2005 greatest hits album ‘#1s’ which reached no.6 in the UK.

The album, which is to be called ‘Playlist’ will be a 14 track retrospective of the group’s most well-loved hits including 'Bootylicious', 'Lose My Breath', 'Bills, Bills, Bills' and 'Emotion'. The band's former manager Mathew Knowles has scheduled an October 8 release for ‘Playlist’ fuelling speculation that an album with previously unreleased material will follow. Beyoncé herself has promised fans two new Destiny’s Child records by the end of 2012 but there has so far been no hint of a tour to support the projects.
