Tom Jones Unveils New Album Listing
Sir Tom Jones has announced the follow up to 2010's acclaimed collection 'Praise and Blame' with the release of 'Spirit In The Room’. Jones’ new album will be his 40th and will be available to buy through Island Records from the 21st May

An excited Tom tweeted about the release earlier this week, "My new album has a title.. Spirit In The Room .. what does everyone think? You won't be able to hear it until May though”. The new album includes an interpretation of Tom Wait's 'Bad As Me', a wonderful rendition of Odetta's 'Hit Or Miss', Vera Hall Ward's 'Travelling Shoes' and a stunning reading of the other-worldly 'Charlie Darwin' by Low Anthem. Responding to a follower who asked if the music would be spiritual, the Voice UK coach replied: "No there's a bit of everything”.

To date, Tom Jones has sold over 100 million records worldwide since his music career began back in 1963. Jones also recently topped a list of the most in-demand older performers, beating competition from Bruce Springsteen and Sir Paul McCartney. Ever busy Tom has also graced a recent single on Jack White's Third Man label as well as being a judge on talent show ‘The Voice’.
