The National Association of DJs will hold their AGM on the 29th April 2012 at the Holiday Inn, Newport, South Wales. The association’s committee have decided to hold each future AGM in a different area of the country that is home to an established NADJ branch. The 2012 AGM will take place in Wales, with the meeting moving around to other branch areas in future years.

The formal business of the 2012 Annual General Meeting will take place as part of a full day of seminars, workshops, education and networking aimed squarely at the working DJ. The first seminar presenter for the event has been confirmed as Isla Wilson from Ruby Star Associates who will be hoping to put the ‘Ooomph back into your business’. Through her presentation she'll aim to help DJs improve their pitches, telephone sales, fundraising, tenders, networking, public speaking, and much more.

The agenda for the day will be:

- 11am: coffee/networking
- 12pm: seminars start
- 5.15pm: the NADJ AGM
- 7.30pm: evening social event

Entry will be free for NADJ members, however non-members can also participate in the networking and educational content for an entry fee of £10. Spouses/children of NADJ members are also welcome to attend for the reduced fee of £5.
