Kam are looking to hire two new members of staff, an Area Sales Manager and a Sales Representative, both to cover the North of England and Scotland. Both roles will involve travelling around the area, looking after existing customers and also developing new business.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant to the ‘Area Sales Manager for North of England & Scotland’ position will be responsible for the sales and business development of Lamba’s MI, DJ, lighting and audio product lines in their area. To be considered for this role applicants must have a related and proven sales background, preferably with audio and lighting experience. The ‘Sales Representative for North England and Scotland’ position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales. Lamba are looking for someone who is self-motivated, success driven and enthusiastic to gain the rewards of a successful field sales person. The role will be given to someone with excellent communication skills who can build great working relationships with their customers. A knowledge of audio and lighting equipment would be preferable, but additional training and guidance will be provided. After an agreed probation period, salary, commission and company car will be negotiated.
