Acme's Latest Addition In Shops Now
The latest addition to Prolight concepts’ Acme range of LED lighting effects is now available from your local dealer, just in time to dazzle for Christmas. The new Acme Venom is powered by 6 X 3W pods of tri-coloured LEDs housed in a lightweight, robust housing.
As with most of the Acme range, the Venom is aimed squarely at mobile DJs and is fitted with a hanging bracket for mounting on either a T-bar, DJ stand or truss system. When in use, the Venom emits thick, crisp, round beams of colour, sweeping across the floor or walls. Each pod can be individually controlled for amazing colour chases, sequences and effect combinations.
The best effects can be achieved in master/slave mode. The master and slaved units can run as mirror images of each other, allowing DJs to create complex looking shows and effects with just the touch of a button. A single Venom unit can be sound activated or run using its built-in automated programmes, while one or more of the effects can also be integrated into a larger light show via DMX (using either three or eighteen control channels).
