Show laser manufacturer Laserworld is looking for a new sales executive to join its UK subsidiary. The role will be predominantly office-based, but the successful candidate will occasionally be required to travel for product demonstrations and sales opportunities.
The role will be sales-driven, with the new sales executive required to help achieve sales targets and offer account management support to an existing client base. The successful candidate will be a well-connected and experienced sales person with a good knowledge of the UK (and possibly international) event entertainment industry, especially concerning the show laser market. Excellent communication skills (via telephone, email and face-to-face), enthusiasm, time management, proficient presentation skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of Laserworld products, are also essential.
Key responsibilities will involve specifying quotes for clients; building relationships with lighting designers, installers, consultants, buyers and business owners; attending sales and marketing events such as seminars and tradeshows; promoting sales and brand awareness through social media; providing monthly sales reports, marketing feedback and account overviews; and collaborating with the Laserworld sales team to help close sales.
Laserworld is one of the world’s largest show laser manufacturers; with its headquarters in Switzerland and operations in Germany, China and the USA, employing more than 75 people worldwide. The successful candidate will be one of the first team members to join the UK office.
