Which BRIT Artists Are The Most Popular?
With the BRITS now over for another year, Nokia MixRadio has done a little research into which BRIT acts the world has been listening to the most.

Nokia MixRadio, which plays to 31 countries across the world, and has reported that the most listened to Brit is surprisingly Scottish DJ Calvin Harris. Outside Britain, China has the highest number of British pop music fans, with X Factor contestant Olly Murs topping their charts. Of the top five most listened to acts in China, UK acts make up four of them, including Birdy, John Newman and Calvin Harris (pictured below).



In Global Pop music, Justin Timberlake may have been nominated for Best International Solo Artist at this year’s BRITS but he has the most ‘skipped’ tracks out of all the artists to make this year’s shortlist. Russia have a penchant for Rudimental and Jessie J is the most listened to British act in Turkey.



The top 5 countries outside the UK listening to BRITS artists through Nokia MixRadio are: China, France, Italy and Turkey, the 5 most listened to artists (in all 31 countries including the UK) are Calvin Harris, Kings of Leon, Macklemore, Jessie J and Rudimental.
