Due to feedback from users, Pioneer has recently upgraded the operating firmware for their CDJ-1000MK3 and CDJ-800MK2 players.

The ESSENTIAL firmware upgrade was made available on Monday 30th October and instructions on downloading the data file and how to carry out the upgrade can be found at www.djsounds.com/dj/content/news/CDJ_DVJ_Firmware.html. The new software version for the CDJ-1000MK3 is 2.20 and the latest CDJ-800MK2 firmware is now version 1.80.
