Skytronic Ltd has recently become the “AVSL Group Ltd” (AVSL Group). The company began trading in January 1999 and since that date has grown to become a leading player in the UK consumer electronics market.

From humble beginnings the company has grown both organically and by acquisition and now owns a portfolio of both established and new brands, namely: Adastra, Citronic, Mercury, QTX Light, QTX Sound and AV:Link.



This transition affects Skytronic Ltd in the United Kingdom only and does not include Skytronic BV who are based in the Netherlands and are a completely separate company and who will continue to use the Skytronic name.



The rebrand is simply a continuation of the company’s ongoing strategy to further develop and grow their business within the Audio Visual, Sound & Light, Public Address and MI trades.



What does this mean for Skytronic customers?



The company is firmly committed to offering their customers exemplary customer service and to facilitate a smooth transition they plan to carefully manage the process with the participation of all of their partners. They are proud of what they have achieved over the past ten years and fully intend to continue to refine and improve their offer and the services extended to all of their customers.



Apart from the name change, all other functions and processes will be the same, so the existing address, telephone and fax numbers remain exactly the same. There will be changes to the way staff answer the telephone and also the company’s email and web addresses have changed to reflect the new company name:

These will all be printed on all new invoices, delivery notes and promotional literature, but the old web addresses and email addresses will continue to work for the foreseeable future.
