New Moving Head Lighting Effect
The much anticipated new lighting effect from ACME, Genesis, is now available from DJ retailers throughout the UK. The Genesis is an LED powered, single arm, moving head that uses a single 20w white light LED to produce extremely bright beams of light that are shaped and coloured by internal colour and gobo wheels.
With a similar light output to a conventional 250w unit, the Genesis is perfect for mobile DJs looking for a compact and effective moving head lighting effect that requires minimal power. The unit’s extensive feature set includes 6 rotating gobos, 8 colours (plus white), full digital dimming and strobing at a variety of speeds. Seven DMX control channels can be used for exacting control over the Genesis, however a single unit can be operate in a simple sound active mode, while multiple heads can be linked together for simple, but effective synchronised lightshows.
